HP Slate 7 Voice Tab and HP Slate 8 Plus :
We have been getting rumors of the HP Slate 7 Voice Tab and Slate 8 Plus for a long time now. In an attempt to confirm the rumors of its existence the company has officially updated the devices on its website. The launch details and prices of both these tablets are not revealed yet and they already have a competitor in the market with almost the same specs. Huawei MediaPad X1 was launched at the beginning of this year and it has specs identical to the HP Slates revealed today.

- 13-MP rear and 5-MP front camera
- 1.6GHz Quad-Core CPU
- 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM

- 5,000mAH battery
If this tablet is launched in India we expect the price to be somewhere around 25,000. Indian market has become very competitive over last one year and pricing it above 25K will only increase difficulties for the company to sell the device.
